The Hong Kong Genome Institute (“HKGI”) invites qualified tenderers to submit tenders for the Provision of Human Whole Genome Sequencing Analytics Services to the HKGI.

 

General Scope

 

The scope of this project involves provision of end-to-end human whole genome sequencing (“WGS”) analytics services to the HKGI, including sample collection, DNA extraction, library preparation, WGS and primary analysis, as well as secondary and tertiary analysis.

 

Qualification Criteria

 

Tenderer shall be a reputable organisation with established capacity and infrastructure, including both wet and dry laboratory facilities, trained technical and analytical personnel, and validated bioinformatics pipelines, and should have at least 5 years’ experience and proven track records in delivering human whole genome sequencing and analysis services involving clinical samples for research institutes and hospitals.

 

Tender Documents

 

Interested parties are required to provide information to the HKGI to show that they meet the qualification criteria (as stipulated above) by email to procurement@genomics.org.hk and to request a copy of the tender documents.  The HKGI has the sole discretion to issue the tender documents to any person/entity whom the HKGI considers appropriate.
