Project Background

Eligibility

Patients of the following diseases/cases and their family members are covered by HKGP:

  • Undiagnosed disorders;
  • Hereditary cancers; and
  • Cases related to genomics and precision health.

Eligible participants have to be referred by designated Partnering Centres to join the Project.
