Reporting to the Senior Manager (Human Resources and Talent Development), the incumbent will assume the following responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Human Resources Management System (HRMS), including requirement gathering, process optimisation, vendor coordination, system configuration, user acceptance testing, data migration and training
  • Act as the primary system administrator post-implementation, collaborating with the vendor to oversee system maintenance, version updates, troubleshooting, and continuous optimisation
  • Develop HR reports and dashboards using the new HRMS to support workforce planning, HR analytics, and decision-making
  • Enforce HR policies, guidelines and procedures, and engage in HR projects, contributing to their planning and execution
  • Support the planning and delivery of talent programmes, including early career programmes, learning activities, mentoring, coaching and succession planning
  • Support recruitment coordination, talent attraction activities, and employer branding initiatives as required
  • Support compliance checks, audits, and statutory reporting requirements, and ensure proper record keeping and data confidentiality
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless day-to-day HR administration and operational excellence
  • Perform any other duties assigned by senior officers

Requirements:

We are seeking a high-calibre candidate for the post of Manager (Human Resources Operations and Systems) who possesses:

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of all-round HR experience, preferably gained from sizable organisations
  • Proven experience in HRMS implementation and system management
  • Good understanding of Employment Ordinance and other HR-related rules and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to integrate new knowledge into practice
  • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High integrity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative and ownership of assignments

Office Location: Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin

Remuneration:
Successful candidate will be offered attractive remuneration and be appointed on an initial two-year contract (subject to mutual agreement for contract renewal).
