The Manager (Enterprise IT Services) is responsible for implementing and maintaining HKGI’s Information Technology (IT) systems, infrastructure and helpdesk operations, while collaborating with the Manager (Information Security) on security controls. The incumbent ensures enterprise systems stability, reliability, and security through effective service delivery, proactive user support, and continuous operational improvement.

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Infrastructure and Information Security), the incumbent will assume the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Enterprise IT Services team to deliver end-to-end user support and digital workplace services, driving service excellence, team development and a user-centric service environment
  • Establish and maintain IT service management processes (incident, problem, change and request management) for controlled, standardised and quality service delivery
  • Oversee the end-user computing ecosystem, including identity services and endpoint management, to ensure system reliability, compliance and adherence to organisational access policies
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle, including planning, procurement, asset tracking and internal and external auditing in compliance with organisational policies
  • Enforce IT governance and operational procedures, coordinating endpoint compliance, vulnerability management (patching) and security risk audit readiness
  • Manage vendor relations for support services and maintenance, ensuring service quality, continuity and timely resolution of technical issues
  • Lead service communication and reporting, including regular management reporting, service or incident updates, and user awareness and training initiatives to enhance user productivity and security awareness
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, user experience, and operational efficiency
  • Perform any other duties assigned by senior officer

Requirements:

We are seeking a high-calibre candidate for the post of Manager (Enterprise IT Services) who possesses:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT service management, including helpdesk operations and endpoint support; experience in security operations is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, storage, and virtualisation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment and M365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration

Remuneration:
Successful candidate will be offered attractive remuneration and be appointed on an initial two-year contract (subject to mutual agreement for contract renewal).
