Executive Associate (Clinical and Research Operations)

Reporting to the Manager (Clinical and Research Operations), the incumbent will assume the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Operations and Engagement Division, managing communications and addressing inquiries from diverse internal and external stakeholders, including the general public and industry partners
  • Assist in planning, tracking and executing research project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved through effective cross-team coordination
  • Collect, analyse, and synthesise project data to generate progress reports for management review
  • Facilitate research collaborations by aligning correspondence and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and develop high-impact, visually compelling presentations to effectively communicate project progress and proposals to management and stakeholders
  • Perform any other duties assigned by senior officers

Requirements

We are seeking a high-calibre candidate for the post of Executive Associate (Clinical and Research Operations) who possesses:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of project coordination experience, preferably gained in a clinical research, life sciences, healthcare or non-profit sector, utilising industry-standard project management methodologies to track plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools, data analysis software, and presentation/graphic design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite)
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in spoken Cantonese and English, with the ability to tailor messaging and presentations to diverse stakeholders

Remuneration
Successful candidate will be offered attractive remuneration and be appointed on an initial two-year contract (subject to mutual agreement for contract renewal).
